Event price showing negative amount for expire priceset while going to change price label from admin panel

Step to produce the issue:

• Create a priceset with at least two price label. Set an expire date on one price label.
• Create an Event using the priceset.
• Register to this event as a participant. Please select the price label which one set an expire date.
• Now go to the participant view page and click on the "change selection" button from admin panel (Remember you need to check it when the select price label expire)
• This will show the negative value if the price label is expired.
• Resulting Record refund button always showing.
