Description
Allow extra donation in addition to a membership to be assigned to a different contribution type. Right now it is contribution type per civicontribute page. Should be contrib type per payment (donation/membership).
Would also be good to allow multiple contribution blocks on a single contribution page that goes to different contribution types.
