Mailing Summary Report statistics inconsistency

            Description

            After sending a bulk mail through civicrm the Mailing Summary report shows incorrect opened statistics (much higher than should be).

            For example: we send an email to 2099 recipients. The mailing dashboard and the mailing opened report tell us 930 people opened the mail.

            The Mailing Summary report on the other hand thinks 1761 people opened the mail (more than 80%).

            The bug should be somewhere in CRM/Report/Form/Mailing/summary.php but I haven quite grasped the causing query yet.
