Split the POT files into civicrm-core, civicrm-common and civicrm-modules

            Description

            Currently, the civicrm.pot file sports 3050 entries on trunk. After running some tests, I found out that it makes sense to split out the CiviContribute, CiviEvent, CiviMail and CiviMember modules' strings into a separate file.

            As there doesn't seem to be a nice way to subtract one POT file from another, the result will be three new files in place of the current civicrm.pot: civicrm-core.pot, civicrm-common.pot and civicrm-modules.pot. The civicrm-common.pot will contain strings existing both in modules and in core.
