Contribution batch entry validation errors

Steps to replicate
1. Create contribution batch with "Number of items": 50 and "Total Amount": 1000
2. Enter the data for first 2 records with amounts $100 and $200. Also select donation type for the first 2 records.
3. Click on "Validate and Process the Batch" button at the bottom
4. You will get required validation for "Type" and "Amount" for remaining 48 records. This is an incorrect behavior. We should validate these fields only if contact is selected.
5. On the top "Ignore Mismatch and Process the Batch" does not save the batch. Ideally on clicking the button it should save the batch.

So bugs mentioned in #4 and #5 needs to be fixed
