            Description

            CRM_Core_BAO_CustomField::postProcess
            &
            CRM/Core/BAO/CustomValueTable:;postProcess
            both take the value $customFields & then completely ignore it!

            Let's get this out of the function signature & simplify

            Would be good if someone could check I haven't missed something. NB drupal 6 & 7 also need civiengage fix WRT this function - after merge
