Search Builder: Qill display operator is missing when searching by Contact Type

            Description

            Noticed this while testing the fix for Groups search.

            If you search for Contacts > Contact Type > != Household, for example ... the search results are correct but the QILL output says 'Contact Type - Household'

            Same problem with IN / NOT IN etc, Basically the operator is not displayed, only a dash , so it "looks like" it's always using EQUALS (=) operator.
