Other Amount in simple priceset reverts back to English in multi-lingual

Create a contributation page with:

• a few amount options
• "other amount" enabled
• multi-lingual EN/FR

Once the form is created, the "Other Amount" in French is always in English. Further more, even if we fix it in the DB directly, any change done in the form resets that label back to English afterwards.
