Report and Contact "Sub-Menu" Headings Not Included in Translations

Hi,

We are having issues with a few fields not appearing/translating when using the CiviCRM transifex project and updating our site. Although most things translate just fine, a few of the sub-menu/collapsible menu headers for 'New Contact' pages and for 'CiviCRM Reports' page do not seem to be included in the translation of the transifex PO files.

With regard to the New Contact pages, those sub-menu headings, like 'Demographics', 'Notes', etc. - seem to be translating fine on the Advanced Search screen. But for some reason those same translations appear absent on the New Individual or New Organization screen.

With regard to the Reports page, some of the sub-heading are translating just fine, but others appear incomplete. The entire reports PO file for our language was translated in Transifex and has been updated to our specific sites, but the gaps still remain. Is this a gap in the PO files? Or perhaps there is another way that these sub-headings need to be translated?

Is this an issue that has been brought to anyone's attention before? If you have further questions or would like further details, please let me know.

On a separate note - is there a way to make the 'Reports' themselves multilingual in the same way that the 'Report Templates' are? That's less of a pressing issue, but would appreciate any thoughts on that.
