1.5 to 1.6 upgrade script errant semicolon

            Description

            Line 146 of civicrm_upgradedb_v1.5_v1.6_41.mysql has a semicolon outside the comment block that causes a "query empty" error mssage when the script is run.

            Also in line 147 of civicrm_upgradedb_v1.5_v1.6_40 the same thing.

            I haven't checked the lower version upgrade scripts.
