Description
After an upgrade to 4.6, PayPal Express payment gateway has different behaviour :
- Shows the credit card form directly on the page even if all credit cards are disabled.
- PayPal button randomly disappears
- If PayPal button is present, clicking it reports an error of credit card form not filled.
My guess if that the credit card input function should have a way to be totally disabled as it seems to interfere with PayPal.
