Batch Data Entry screens do not require payment instrument

            Description

            When using a batch data entry screen (any type: Contribution, Pledge Payment or Membership) the field "payment instrument" is not required and can accidentally be left empty by a user.

            "Payment Instrument" is a required field when recording a contribution, pledge payment or membership payment on any other screen (other than batch data entry)
