The 'silent post URL' is confirmed correct.
I'm not sure the best way to show you how this is failing, please advise. If you need help getting info from the logs, or debugging please let me know what you need. Login access to the site is available as well. The pending > in progress recurring plan status WAS working as of 4.4, stopped working at 4.6.
