Cannot disable permissions in Relationships

            Description

            In demo I enabled permission in "both directions" in the relation Tanya Olsen - California Family Network. After that I tried to disable these permissions. The form saves without error, with the message "Saved - Relationship record has been updated.", but the permissions remain enabled and in further attempts remain that way. The same I see in my development copy with the indicated version.
