search builder: premium fulfilled date errors

            Description

            If you attempt to search the premium fulfilled date via search builder, it errors. The query that is built is using the contribution table instead of contribution_product to build that where clause.

            Interestingly, other contribution_product fields (such as quantity and product option) do not error.
