For the fee label filter on the participant listing report, show the price field label in addition to the event title and the price field value label

Sometimes organizations use the same field option label for different fields. For example, if I'm hosting a conference and I have multiple sessions going on at once, I might have "Milo Aukerman" as an option both under the Saturday 11 am session and the Sunday 3pm session.

Clicking on the Filters tab, you'll see a select2 field called "Fee Level." This field can be a little hard to use, as typing "Milo Aukerman" will display two identical options. I've made it a little easier to use this filter by adding in the name of the price field. Instead of two "Milo Aukerman" options, you get "Milo Aukerman (My Event - Saturday 11am)" and "Milo Aukerman (My Event - Sunday 3:00pm)."
