Description
- Enable the approval workflow which requires an event participant/signup first having to be approved
- Use custom fields/set/profile on the event application form
When the event participant is approved and they continue their 'confirming of the entry' on the confirmation form where they enter payment information the custom data fields/profile fields are not populated with the original (first step before approval) data that was original submitted. All fields display, but they are blank.
Other data such as address, billing information etc are all populated with the original fields data.
The administrator is able to see all the data that was originally entered on the View Event Participants screens.
Attachments show the admin view with the data in custom data fields, and the user perspective. This is on drupal 7, view all custom data permissions is enabled for anonymous.
