Current naming of pledge reports is very confusing and needs to be changed.

The report instance called Pledge Summary is based on the Pledge Report template. There is also a Pledge Summary Report template. The description of the Pledge Summary Report template seems to be incorrect and is actually the description of the Pledge Summary report instance.

IMO this is rather confusing and I think it would be better to rename the Pledge Summary report instance to, say, "Pledges per contact" .

However, I don't use pledges (I ran into this whilst updating the user and admin book), so I don't really know if it is appropriate to make that change or not.
