Description
Since an upgrade to 4.5.5, we have been unable to use civimail. We have a test group of six recipients. Plus another of 4.6k+ recipients. No matter which group we attempt to mail to, the mailing goes to only a single recipient.
Last night and this morning I upgraded again to 4.6.3 and having done so, was able to reproduce this issue. (Great work, btw, on the new CiviMail two screen interface !!!).
I seem to be the only recipient, regardless. I am doing this work as UID #1, which has: access CiviCRM, view all contacts and access CiviMail privileges (along with every other available privilege).
Is this user error? Or a legitimate bug?
