I just confirmed that this bug exists on two separate installations - both on 4.6.3.
Steps to replicate:
- Create and send a mailing with this HTML and token in it:
<a href="{mailing.viewUrl}">
- Send a second mailing with this HTML and token in it:
<a href=" {mailing.viewUrl} ">
Note how the URL (and surrounding quotation marks) in the first mailing are HTML-escaped, breaking the hyperlink. The second mailing looks good.
