            To replicate the problem on the demo server:

            • Open the Activity Report.
            • In "Columns", check off any of the following: Source Contact Email, Assignee Contact Email, Target Contact Email.
            • Preview the report.

            This is just down to a missing space in a SQL clause, PR incoming.
