Custom PDF page format margin bug

            Description

            Note: the most likely affects 4.6.3 but I don't have a copy set up and the online demo doesn't let you access these admin pages. So tested on the 4.5.x drupal demo site.

            The bug is;

            Define a custom PDF page format with margins
            http://d45.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/pdfFormats?reset=1

            Then create a PDF letter for a contact.
            In the Page Format section you can choose the custom PDF page format you created.
            The margins should be copied across but they are not.
