Description
I noticed on master 2 pending memberships are being created for back-office memberships. This is a recent regression & I'm still hoping to complete the related tickets of making redirect-type processors work from here & not deleting failed memberships (CRM-16417) & will get this sorted in whatever combination of those I manage
