Autocomplete Search Results do not present all cases when filing activities using File on Case

      Description

      Selecting “File on Case” on a contact activity or “Move to Case” or “Copy to Case” on a case activity presents a search box where activity filing information can be entered. When a contact name is entered in the Select Case Autocomplete Field, a list of cases is returned for selection. When the contact has more than 10 cases not all cases are presented. This makes selecting the proper case impossible if the desired case is not one of the 10 listed. In addition, it may be difficult to select the desired case even if it is in the list, since the case subject, case type, and case status may be the same when multiple instances of the same type of case exist for the contact.

      What is needed in this case to successfully refile the contact activities is to expand the list of cases presented to include all of the contact’s cases and include the case number with the case contact, subject, type, and status in the case list entries.
