Support for line-items in views integration

            Description

            New Feature Request:

            • Integrate line-items with Drupal Views.
            • Add relations line-items <-> prices fields
              and line-items <-> contributions
            • Also add relation between contributions <-> memberships

            Use Case:
            Need to create a Drupal Views that includes information stored in line-items, contributions and memberships.
