Description
Add a select2 (multi-select) dropdown to search by Premium for the Find Contributions (and by inheritance to Advanced Search) form.
Place the field to the right of Contribution Source. See screenshot attached.
NOTE: Recommend (per Coleman's comment) adding a "PremiumProduct" api to allow this field to be an entityRef. (If this approach expands the scope of work significantly, please ping Coleman or me to discuss.
NOTE: Premiums are already included in the results (selector), so this is a change to the WHERE clause but not to the SELECT clause construction.
