Description
Modify the existing Recurring Contributions report as follows:
1. Add an "Installment Amount" to Column and Filter options. This is the amount column from civicrm_contribution_recur. Preferably this should be inserted just before "Installments" in the columns and filters lists. The column should be checked by default.
2. Add "Last Contribution Processed" as a filter, this is the DATE of the last completed contribution associated with the recurring contribution.
3. Add Group as a report filter (same widget as used in Contribution Summary).
