Pre hook doesn't always have the objectId parameter set

            Description

            The problem is that the hook_civicrm_pre does not always have a paremeter set. For exmaple an edit of activity. See also this forum post: http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php?topic=36535.msg155271#msg155271
