            Description

            In https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-16553 the following was suggestion.

            I've been hearing that users want to be able to 'Preview' their PDF letters - which just means spit them out to disk as usual but WITHOUT creating the associate activity record. Currently, if you want to preview the letter a few times before being ready to print it out you wind up creating extraneous activity records for each recipient.
