            Description

            According to header of the "CRM/Core/Payment/IATS.php" file the latter is licensed under Affero General Public License Version 1.
            I suspect it might be a mistake while version 3 is probably were meant to be used.

            Please update AGPL version number in the header as required. Thanks.
