Case Summary Report - Invalid number of entries

      Description

      Hi there,

      When creating a Case Report using standard filter criteria, it seems to return more rows than it should (it actually looks like its returning a row for each Contact on the system).

      After creating a Case for a Contact, create a new Case Report (or use existing) and then choose your filter criteria as you wish.

      I can reproduce this on d46.demo.civicrm.org, works fine on d45.demo.civicrm.org. I have attached screenshots showing the output of the Report for both versions.
