SMS Provider Extensions not updated for 4.6

            Description

            We are trying to install the Clickatell and Twilio extensions on our sites that we are currently migrating to version 4.6.4, and the extensions do not seem to be compatible with this version. Is there currently a timetable for having these extensions updated so that SMS can be used on the new version of Civi?

            Or are there alternative methods for enabling SMS providers that can circumvent this problem?
