Description
It would be great to be able to use
drush dl civicrm
to download the latest civicrm for automated testing purposes, currently this does not work.
Alternativley, if this is not possible for some reason, it would be great to have a permanent URL on the civi website for the latest drupal version, so that I can be sure my script is always getting the latest rather than manually hardcoding a version.
