Contact Dashboard: Edit Contact Info link errors on save

To recreate:

• create a contact with a user account
• create a permissioned relationship to another contact record
• login as that user and visit the contact dashboard page
• click the "edit contact information" link for the related contact

that will open a modal window where the contact can be edited. when you save, you get the "Unable to reach the server. Please refresh this page in your browser and try again." error message.

this seems to only be an issue in Joomla. Drupal builds the action links differently from both Joomla and WP. the error did not occur in WP.
