When using CiviDiscount sales tax should be calculated AFTER the discount is applied

            Description

            I observed on the d6 demo site today that a 100% discount (using cividiscount) does not discount the sales tax too. This appears like a bug so am logging it (see screenshot) but is not something my customers have hit.
