scheduled reminders: will not send to selected recipient or group

to replicate:

• create a scheduled reminder
• choose activity > meeting > completed
• 0 hours after activity date
• recipients: choose recipient, select a contact where you can receive email
• create a completed meeting activity for a contact
• run the scheduled reminders job

result: the email is not trigger. the same happens if you choose group. if you choose activity target, source, or assignees, it is emailed correctly.

I tested on a couple installations, so I'm pretty confident it's a legit bug.
