Incorrect display of renew my membership checkbox

      Description

      Creating this error depends on the order you do the config on - hence it is not particulary rare on sites that have been upgraded & hard to replicate in dev environments but I managed it on

      In the attached screenshot the renew my membership is shown - despite none of the membership types offering autorenew.

      I configured the page as a membership block first - at that point some of the membership types were autorenew & I chose that. I then converted to a price set & later changed the membership types so they were no longer autorenew. This is a pretty common sequence of events for sites that have tested autorenew functionality.
