Improve formatting for email text created by inbound crm email

When you include a crm email address when you send out an email (for example, in our case crm@ginkgostreet.com), it creates an Activity for the individuals included in the email. The Activity includes the email text, but it does not have any formatting. It is one block of text without paragraph breaks.

It would be helpful to improve the formatting of the email text with paragraph breaks, so it is easier to read.
