case report link from case manage page doesn't display case custom fields

      Description

      I'm not sure if this is intentional or not (maybe the point is to get just the "summary"). However, since all the activities are listed, it seems like the custom fields should be included as well.

      This is a problem for us because I suggested that someone move a bunch of custom fields from the OpenCase activity to Case - since it seemed to me like they belong to case.
