Change relative date filters Last 3 month & Upcoming month and add Next 90 days.

            Description

            For 4.6 the relative date filter "Last month" was changed to "Last 30 days" https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-16227 .

            Similarly, "Last 3 months" should become "Last 90 days", "Upcoming Month" should become "Next 30 days" and perhaps we should introduce a new filter (yes, I know we have too many already) called "Next 90 days" ( With titles suitably modified to fit with patterns established by https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-16185 )

            I am happy to do this for 4.7
