Recurring/Repeating Activity Functionality Not Presented When Initiating Activity From Case

      Description

      The "Repeat Activity" set of fields does not display if creating an Activity from a Case, rendering the use of the function impossible within CiviCase. It works fine if initiating the Activity creation from the Contact record itself.

      Repeatable on the demo site.
