            Description

            Related to #16973 and #13644:

            • When viewing a list of Mailings (e.g. Mailings menu > Scheduled and Sent Mailings) a user can see all the mailings associated with every domain, not just theirs.
            • When composing a new mailing, you can also see all the mailings associated with every domain.

            I've fixed the second issue, about to fix the first. PR incoming.
