Checkbox to select all results on page enabled after CiviSurvey respondents reserved

            Description

            On demo, created a survey, then from reserve respondents http://d46.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/survey/search?sid=1&reset=1&op=reserve got results, selected all on first page by checking top of select column, used results action to reserve them, then when results page comes back the reserve all on this page checkbox is still checked but none of the remaining results were.
