            Description

            On an upgraded site, when sending a Test email for a mailer with an attachment, I get

            Failed to run permission check: Unrecognized target entity table (civicrm_note)

                This is the same as CRM-17127 and CRM-16544. The patch has been merged with https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/pull/6644
