            Description

            e-notice caused by merging CRM-16950 into changed master.

            Note that the e-notice is easily fixed but there is no guarantee that will fix whatever the intent of CRM-16950 was.

            Also note that we have postProcess CI tests (phpunit) in master on membership forms - eg. CRM_Member_Form_MembershipRenewalTest, CRM_Member_Form_MembershipTest

            & any fixes that we don't want to rebreak should have CI tests
