Change Selections Values Not Reflected in All Relevant Fields

Hi all,

Attached screen shot shows the results of a client reported issue reproduced on the demo site - if they are not wiped out by the time you read this, links to the relevant pieces of the puzzle are as follows:

To reproduce:

1. Register a participant for an event entering a quantity of 2 for one or more line items
2. Click to view and then click to change selections of both line items from 2 to 1
3. The quantity field values are updated, but participant counts are not
