CiviMail uses custom field files as attachment

I have custom fields of 'file' type used for contacts. When I create new mailing using CiviMail, these files are treated as attachments. If mailing has ID=N, when files loaded with custom fields for contact with ID=N are used. When I remove these attachments, files from custom fields removed too.
