Description
Add an actions button to CiviReport UI
Giant Rabbit did some work on the CiviReport UI against 4.4 & 4.5. I'm trying to log the parts that would look good in core.

They add a nice Actions button to the report listing & the report in place of the multiple buttons. I think this makes sense for core. See pics
