Error when creating similar indidvual prefix

I'm trying to add two similar (but different) prefixes to the indivudual prefix list. As we have both english-speaking and french-speaking contacts, I would like to add 'President' and 'Président' (note the accent). When trying to add the second one, the error "This Label already exists in the database for this option group. Please select a different Value." shows up.
