Autorenew is not offered when the price_field is select

If you configure a contribution page with a membership price set with a single field & a single option & the option is for a membership type with optional renew a check box appears to select whether you want it renew automatically .... if the price field type is radio. For select this does not happen.

I think I've figured out why - will push the fix we are trialling
